Plastic Injection
| Specialized in interior, exterior, and black functional parts. Capable of building tooling ranging from 50 tons to 5,000 tons. Revstone’s toolmakers are experienced in the manufacture of all forms of tooling including open and shut, three plates, side action, multi cavity, and stack molds.

Prototype/Rapid Tooling
| Revstone is specialized in: small to large molds, production of prototype and low volume production parts, handling of multi mold packages, and short and secure lead times. At Revstone Aarkel, there is 6,000 square feet of manufacturing area devoted to prototyping with its own dedicated personnel. |
Die Cast Dies
| Revstone’s die cast dies produce automotive components such as converter housings, instrument panels, engine blocks, and oil pans. Revstones technology encompasses both low-and high-pressure aluminum casting as well as magnesium castings for sizes of 500 to 4,000 tons. Advances in aluminum technology and reductions in vehicle volumes have promoted a new dynamic involving “aluminum production” tooling involving plastics tooling.
