Starting up in 1977 as a small Tool and Die shop with 20 employees, today Aarkel is 125 strong with the latest ERP, CAD, CAM and CNC machinery to ensure we can hit your budgets and deliver quality, on time tooling programs. Managing programs and tools is made even easier using our ERP system, Epicor 9 (was Vantage). We have been online and custom programming this system for over 14 years having completely integrated it from finance through to "live" scheduling on our shop floor. We understand a strong schedule is key to building a quality tool in the most time efficient manner - allow us to display these skills direct for you on your next program, you won't be disappointed.

At AarKel Tool and Die, we pride ourselves to be World Class designers and manufacturers of Die Cast Dies for the Aluminum and Magnesium foundry industry. By utilizing MagmaSoft CAE software and understanding your standards we can very early in the process determine optimum cooling, best fill, reduction of holder block sizes (leading to a reduced size requirement for your D.C.M.), improved of cycle times, closer die temperatures and in the end - reduced tooling and process cost.
